REGISTRATION FEE
This fee entitles you to attend all elements of the conference, enjoy all food and refreshments
provided by the organizers during the conference, and includes your attendee materials. It does not include
any travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by attendees.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations will be subject to a $250.00 fee through January 26, 2010. After that date, no refunds will be made. There will be no exceptions to this policy for any reason.
SUBSTITUTIONS
Substitutions within a company may be arranged as long as Dow Jones Financial
Information Services is notified in writing prior to the conference. Shared registrations are not permitted
under any circumstances.
